1. Dispatch & Transit Timelines

• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched within 24-48 business hours.
• Transit Time: Most orders to metro cities are delivered within 2-4 business days. Regional and remote pin-codes can take 4-7 business days.
• Delays: In case of public holidays, extreme weather events, or local logistics challenges, dispatch might be delayed by an additional 24 hours.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: All prepaid and COD orders above ₹1,499 qualify for Free Standard Delivery across India.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable at checkout.

3. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with **Shiprocket** to access India's best courier networks (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax). Once your package is handed over, a unique Airway Bill (AWB) number and tracking URL will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp.

4. Open Box / Delivery Verification

Please do not accept any packages that appear cut, damaged, or tampered with. For security reasons, we recommend filming an unboxing video to verify the contents of your package in case of discrepancies.
