7-Day Easy Policy: We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for all items, starting from the date of successful delivery.
1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure eligibility for return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original brand tags, packaging bags, and accessories must remain attached.
- No fragrance, deodorant, or makeup stains should be present on the fabric.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection guidelines:
- Innerwear, socks, and face masks.
- Free promotional gifts or items purchased under absolute clearance sales (explicitly marked).
3. Refund Options & Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit card) within 5-7 business days after the product arrives back at our warehouse and passes QA inspection.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are disbursed via bank transfer or GPay/PhonePe. You will be requested to supply your bank account/UPI ID details securely inside the return request portal.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Log in to your SP STATELY account.
2. Go to **My Orders** in the Account section.
3. Click on the order you wish to return/exchange.
4. Tap **Request Return**, select the item(s), specify the reason, and upload photos if required.
5. Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours.
